Since Casa34 began in 2007, it has distinguished itself as a professional housing agency in the local rental market. We manage and rent properties on behalf of local and foreign property owners.
Casa34´s goal is to achieve a 80% occupancy rate for its clients. We do this by listing your property on our website and on partners´s websites, and by promoting your property through our referral networks. Interested tenants may request your apartment through our website or we may direct them to your property if the availability matches their travel dates. If the guests are already in Buenos Aires, we can organize a viewing of your property to help close the sale.
Casa34 handles rental contracts, down payments, deposits, rent collection, check-ins/outs, and customer service.
Our property management services can include assisting you with early stages of a new apartment, such as furnishing/interior decorating and bill setup. Once the rental is in operation, in addition to renting your apartment, as property managers our services can include the following: bill payment and bookkeeping; managing the availability calendar; and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
